Clemson has won three straight, including a comeback win over Pitt in the team’s last ACC game, led by a late rushing score from Cade Klubnik.

Then last week the team got a bit of a break when they took on an FCS program and defeated The Citadel 51-14. Klubnik was 12 of 16 for 198 yards and three touchdowns in the game and was eliminated early because the Tigers had overwhelmed The Citadel in every way.

South Carolina also faced an FCS opponent last week, defeating Wofford 56-12. This extended the Gamecocks’ winning streak to five games, three of which were against teams that were ranked when they played.

In the win over Wofford, LaNorris Sellers went 23 of 27 for 307 yards and three touchdowns. He also added a rushing touchdown, one of five on the day for the Gamecocks, all by different players.
